Bridal Bookings / Regular Bookings - To secure your booking, 50% deposit is required. Remaining 50% payment on the day of application. If you wish to cancel your appointment with less then 2 weeks notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This can be done via bank transfer. Details will be provided when deposit is ready to be made. The total balance can be processed prior to booked date or in cash on the booked date.

Bridal Trials - Bridal trials are intended solely for the bride. No additional guests are permitted to attend unless prior approval has been granted by me. If you wish to bring someone with you to the trial, this must be discussed and approved in advance.

Artist Availability - In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil the booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control (including but not limited to serious illness, family emergency, or other significant events), I reserve the right to withdraw from the booking. If this occurs, I will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement makeup artist of a similar professional standard to fulfil the booking. I will remain responsible for ensuring the booking is managed appropriately and that the service is covered. Cancellations by myself will only occur in extreme circumstances.

Damages to Equipment - The client is financially responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction to my makeup kit, tools, or equipment that occurs during the booking as a result of negligence, accidents, or misuse by the client or their guests.

Health & Safety / Allergic Reactions - While all products are applied professionally and hygienically, I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses to products used. It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment. Makeup reactions are highly individual and unpredictable.

Parking - All parking fees will be the clients responsibility.

Early start fees - Apply, any earlier than 6am at $30 and earlier than 5am at $50.

For larger bookings, elizasensimua may need to bring an assistant / another artist. Travel fees and early fees applies for all artists individually.
